An almost all access pass to Valentino from June 2005 to July 2007. The filmakers have taken advantage of Valentino's outlandish personality to create an engaging and interesting documentary, even for people who are not fans of fashion, there is something in here for them.

A career well spent. We should all be so fortunate.

More reality show than fashion show, it's slight but still as fun as it is fashionable.

Together these two competing threads wrap one around the other to show us images and people we seldom get the opportunity to see, their competing agendas taking on an emotional subtext that's extremely fascinating.

deeply enjoyable and entertaining - the relationship between valentino and giacometti is typical flower/gardener, but inspiring nonetheless. funny, breezy, and interesting. it really is the end of an era.
