This is a 1960 classic romantic movie, filmed in Hong Kong, where a mature American man (William Holden) seeks a second career as a painter. A beautiful and spunky Chinese bar girl (Nancy Kwan) captures his attention and becomes the focus of most of his paintings. Well shot; lots of great Hong Kong scenes.

If you ask me why I like this movie? mmm.... probably becoz of the scenes of the old HK. Then I think it can explain why I don't like the theatrical version as well as this. Anyway, I like the story too. Sort of classic~ in the name of Suzie Wong~
