Wart is a young boy who aspires to be a knight's squire. On a hunting trip he falls in on Merlin, a powerful but amnesiac wizard who has plans for him beyond mere squiredom. He starts by trying to give him an education, believing that once one has an education, one can go anywhere. Needless to say, it doesn't quite work out that way.

I love this movie! It is so cute when Arthur and Merlin turn into animals. Archimedes is awesome as well.

I love it and arthur is hot. The story is also on Shrek 3. Merlin and Arthur are in there and Arthur is who takes the throne. At the fire there is a story about his life as a bird when he's a bird in this movie. Shrek just doesn't have to do with a sword.

Classic! My brother and I used to argue on movies to watch whenever we were to watch TV and mom and dad were away... it was always between this, Goonies, and Back to the Future, and never during the duration of each listed flick did we fight, nor pause the movie for bathroom breaks, nor treat each other like shit. But once the movie was done and mom & dad were still away, enemies we became once again...
