hands down my favorite junk food horror movie. good stuff to add to your collection of B-movies. oddly political in its undertone. a bit of a underrated classic. begging for a remake being almost more relevant now. just cast Monsanto as the stuff and it turns into a documentary.

1000000/5 stars. Seriously though, The Stuff is a hilariously low budget movie from schlockmeister Larry Cohen (a genius) about killer ice cream like dessert goo. It's terrible. That said, it has a few scenes that are more than a little cool (when gallons and gallons of Stuff come out of a mattress, smothering some guy to death up against a wall, shot in a rotating room a la Nightmare on Elm Street) One of my all time favorite zero budget cheesy as fuck horror movies.

I love a good B-movie, and this is one of them! It's kind of a satire on the fast-food and junk food industry, and the media that backs it. Only this movie has..KILLER FROZEN YOGURT FROM HELL!!! That turns you into a zombie!

This movie is what I call an oldie but goodie. It reminds me of how we will pretty much eat or drink anything that is marketed to us as long as it looks good and sounds good, we as human rarely ask questions about anything so if you take anything away from this movie, it's that we need to start asking more questions about the food and drinks that we consume on a daily basis. Anyway, stepping off my soap box now lol but this movie really was good and now I can't look at marshmellow fluff the same way again. LOL

Poorly acted, written, edited and conceived. That only makes it more endearing. Such a fun flick. One of my faves.
