I love the plot story because anything with Black Rebellion is uber awesome (UBER!, my god...) Yes, it is somewhat just another blaxploitation movie, but still, I love the content. Acting is shit but fighting the government makes up for that.

(17%) It has more backing it in terms of writing than most blaxploitation films, but it's just way too dull and plodding. The final scenes are half decent but I stopped caring long before they popped up. Nothing more than the thinking man's "Black gestapo" with slightly better production values (just like almost every movie ever made then).
