I love trains so it would be awesome to live in a trailer car but if I saw what the guy saw after he pulled back the sheet, I would've been gone.The Sleeping Car was alright.Its definitely not 1 of the 80's best horror movies but worth watching if you love 80's horror flicks

Poor David Naughton. You were so cool in An American Werewolf in London and here you are slumming in this awful piece of dreck. A train engineer haunts the railway car that's been converted into Naughton's college apartment cuz some kid once had sex on his train...or something. Terrible dialog, terrible plot, terrible performances. Jeff Conway as the sexed up journalism professor is rage inducingly annoying. VF.

The Mister did not seem to catch fire like Freddy or Jason but maybe deserved a sequel or two at the very least. They could have almost brought the entire cast back if they wanted to. Film has a limited ceiling thanks to the Jeff Conaway effect.

A horrendous cross between Nightmare On Elm Street and The Exorcist. The script and acting are just terrible.
