jaw dropping ending right up there with the statue liberty at the end of planet of the apes. I still havent come to a decison on the question of the existance of alison and anzac's characters my only grudge with the film is that I havn't been able to find a soundtrack album

This British movie is kinda simple, but it really makes you think. And 20 years after it's release it still applies. Good show.

Bruno Lawrence is an absolute tour-de-force depicting the man suffering a nervous breakdown having effectively caused the apocalypse. Lawrence is a much underrated actor, and this is both his most accessible and his best film.
