Fairly good story on a very low budget. Could have been much better with a bigger production.

This movie was grade A boring...I guess we have been spoiled by the likes of Peter Jackson because the the Story line of The Pagan Queen was rushed and dialogue was awkward and made no sense at times. I'm sick of people who think the fantasy genre is just a bunch of medieval marauders running around the country side pilfering and killing. There has to be a believable plot in order to make a great fantasy film. This is lacking in all areas: plot, wardrobe and acting.

It was an epic heart stopping journey through a beautiful mid-evil Europe. You will be captivated by the wonderful casting and acting jobs in this film. I have never seen a better depiction of mid-evil war and conquest. The female actors were all beautiful and held an intimidating prowess met only by the majestic returns to their dialogue by the male actors. The plot takes you on a quest of epic proportions into the mind of a mad genius of a beautiful and tastefully written story. Five stars all around.
