Scott James, a veteran martial arts expert, is recruited as the protector of the wealthy and beautiful Justine after she becomes the target of a ninja clan. When Scott finds out that his ruthless arch-nemesis, McCarn , is involved with the stealthy and dangerous criminals, he is eager to settle old scores. Soon Scott is facing off against McCarn and the entire ninja horde in an effort to take them all down.

Chuck Norris travels to South America to destroy a terrorist training camp run by ninjas who no one wants to admit still exist. Lee Van Cleef always valuable in support. Chuck really starts to ascend as an action star here.

Chuck Norris vs. Ninjas. Just how cool can you get? A lot cooler actually, if only the creators would have scrapped the poorly acted retarded plot that sadly takes up the majority of the movie, and put in some good ol' non-stop Ninja action instead. A couple of decent action scenes are simply not enough.
