Scott James, a veteran martial arts expert, is recruited as the protector of the wealthy and beautiful Justine after she becomes the target of a ninja clan. When Scott finds out that his ruthless arch-nemesis, McCarn , is involved with the stealthy and dangerous criminals, he is eager to settle old scores. Soon Scott is facing off against McCarn and the entire ninja horde in an effort to take them all down.

Norris's voice over is comedy gold. Nearly soiled meself on numerous ocasions. The Irish fella at the training camp was the balls. Van Cleef is not in it much and the final showdown is a bit of a let down. That aside text book Norris.

You know a movie is bad when you fall asleep during a major action sequence and awaken 10 minutes later and haven't missed a thing. However, there was some entertainingly bad dialog that could easily be taken out of context ("That makes me an idiot and you a whore"), some pretty awful acting, lots of ninja dying in the most cheap ways imaginable, and a conversation that I'm still not entirely sure what was said but do know that it ended in the largest overreaction I've think I've ever seen on film. All in all, this movie is shit.

Norris must face his long forgotten brother, and his band of ninjas! Jumpstarts now and again, but rather slow overall.

I guess if the filmmakers intent was to make a silly movie about ninjas and martial arts and to have the plot to do with something about ninjas doing something, then they succeeded. Otherwise, this is a lame early Chuck Norris movie. I guess the beard has a lot to say about his personality. This movie looks cheap, sounds cheap, and comes off as another late 70's/early 80's action movie. Don't waste your time.
