At best, it’s an amateurish effort with ill-judged ambitions that surpass both the skill level involved and its budget. At worst, it’s an incoherent collection of brutishly crafted and edited scenes.

I think this is a very beautiful story of redemption. It is about a man who finds love, a faith and his life work after living a harsh life. It is about love above hate. Strange the critics hate it. Perhaps they can't see past their own biases.
