while extremely cheesy in some parts, this is actually a really good original b-movie. i now can see where army of darkness got the concept for ash's splitting into two people. also worth noting is the completely hilarious parts where larry has a tantrum and blows off everyone and when he gets drunk. all in all, this is definitely worth seeking out.

For a B movie, The Manster was not half bad thanks to the nice special make up, but it still didn't fail to bore me to death.

One of the dumbest titles of all time. However, the movie itself is quite good. Very much like an Ulmer film, all shadows, cheapness, and doom.
