Simba idolizes his father, King Mufasa, and takes to heart his own royal destiny. But not everyone in the kingdom celebrates the new cub's arrival. Scar, Mufasa's brother—and former heir to the throne—has plans of his own. The battle for Pride Rock is ravaged with betrayal, tragedy and drama, ultimately resulting in Simba's exile. El rey leon una mala copia de su versión animada con el mejor CGI de este año los animales de ven muy realistas pero en si una película sin alma

This pretender to the throne never gets past the fact that it's a remake, but with spiffier graphics. It's like a remastered classic game, but somehow the spirit is lost when the 16-bit animation is replaced with the processing power of a modern console.

The movie was flat and predictable. I was really hoping it would be good but I found myself sitting there waiting for the entertainment. Beyoncé is not a good actress either. Her voice was distracting and not fit for the role sorry. Not a great movie at all. But me going to see it adds to the “box office success”.

In the visual aspect it's incredible, but the characters lack a lot of emotion, it just doesn't feel as right seeing those photorrealistic animals singing. The plot it's the same so there's no need to adress that.

The upshot is a film that is stunning to look at, even inspiring at times, but dramatically bizarre. Obviously, this technology has its place, but it makes too strong a statement to be casually used in remakes.
