An hour and a half emotional roller coaster between laughter and tears

Dann Gire 10 Jun 2015

This movie offers serious, empathetic moments... mixed with goofy sitcom jokes and a single bizarre musical number in which the characters sing about going to "Neverland" -- even corpses warbling as the sheets are pulled over their bodies.

Andrew Lapin 19 May 2015

The film’s deft, improbable balance of tone makes its success feel well-deserved. Not many directors could have pulled off the blend of somber reflection and gallows humor that Tal Granit and Sharon Maymon manage here.

Elise Nakhnikian 17 May 2015

A neatly balanced tragicomedy about the easily blurred line between assisted living and assisted death.

Power 'Farewell Party' centers on the end of life.
