The Edge (1997)

The plane carrying wealthy Charles Morse crashes down in the Alaskan wilderness. Together with the two other passengers, photographer Robert and assistant Stephen, Charles devises a plan to help them reach civilization. However, his biggest obstacle might not be the elements, or even the Kodiak bear stalking them -- it could be Robert, whom Charles suspects is having an affair with his wife and would not mind seeing him dead.

Great movie, still one of the few that can keep me int he edge of my seat every time i see it when Bart makes his appearances

Man vs. Nature turns into Man vs. Man, becoming a taut, suspense-building psychological thriller with a twist and a surprise ending. Hopkins superb as usual. Baldwin strong. Scenery stunning. Rich soundtrack. One of my favorite movies. Most memorable line: "What one man can do another man can do!" Highly recommended.

This is the ultimate story of man vs. nature and brains vs. brawn. They kill a grizzly bear with a fucking spear! Awesome! Totally awesome! Anthony Hopkins' character actually reminds me of my dad.

I've watched it many times and each time I see it I find something interesting about it. Its about love and lust, loyalty and betrayal, courage and fear, brains and brawn, life and death. Brilliant movie.
