Thomas Kaiser inherits an ancestral mansion that has been in his family for generations — only to learn that he has also inherited an ancient curse stemming back to the Crusades. It was a pretty average movie. The acting was average, the special effects weren't very good, the story was predictable and the ending could've been better. It was at least entertaining and some people obviously put some effort in it, it's just not particularly good.

The tone of it felt like Silent Hill, with a healthy dose of Doctor WHO's Weeping Angels.

I loved this movie I liked the twist they put in it and hope they make a second the ending so cool

Meh, it was creepy and even a little scary in spots, the story was different from the normal formula, and the acting was decent. There were a few very weak plot devices but I don't regret watching. It was a good time waster.

Convoluted take on the Grimms' fairy tale that just didn't quite satisfy with it stretched story. Not enhanced by Peck's wooden acting or India being no more than a mannequin like the ones in the haunted house.
