The Art of War (2000)

Neil Shaw is both agent and weapon - a critical line of defense for the Secretary General of the United Nations. He does not even officially exist. As an international security expert, he must uncover an international plot in which ruthless terrorists threatened to bring down the United Nations on the eve of an historic summit with China. A mysterious chain of events leads to the murder of the Chinese U.N. Ambassador, and the terrorists frame Neil Shaw, the one man they believe can stop them. Accused of the crime, Shaw goes underground — in effect, vanishing from his own life — as he tries to stop what could become World War III.

There is no originality in the script at all and you know exactly whats going to happen before it does. Also I didn't recognize Michael Biehn at all. This movie is only worth seeing for one thing, the action scene's, which really don't disappoint.

Okay, so a U.N. version of MI6/CIA is a bit of an oxymoron, let alone a stretch.. and it's got its share of cliche and a sprinkling of dumb straw-men re: conservatism. That aside it's a great action flick with some real nice swerves. And it was cool to see Michael Biehn outside of the Terminator franchise. Art of War is of my very favorite modern 'B' movies next to Lionheart, Bloodsport, and Murder at 1600 (also starring Snipes).

I remember the action being pretty good, but thats it. Oh Wesley, go back to your Demolition Man ways.
