Tears of April (2008)

There is civil war in Finland between "Whites" and "Reds". A woman soldier of the Reds is captured by the Whites. She is ordered to be executed. A lieutenant is enforced into a homosexual relationship with his commanding officer to save the Red female with whom he is infatuated.

I don't like the way Aku Louhimies brings sex in front of the story. Samuli Vauramo is a treat for the eye though.

Toksahteli, alleviivasi ja paalleliimasi. Vauramon ja Viitalan eye candy -osasto oli eleettomyydessaan lahes ilmeeton, muut tyypittelivat aikamoiset karikatyyrit. Ei jatkoon.

Good potential but some weaknesses in the cutting and editing of scenes brought down the vibe. Also there were some unnecessary things crammed into the story that could've well been left out to make the overall film tighter.
