Swimming with Sharks (1994)

Guy is a young film executive who's willing to do whatever it takes to make it in Hollywood. He begins working for famed producer Buddy Ackerman, a domineering, manipulative, coldhearted boss. When Guy also finds out that his cynical girlfriend, Dawn, has been using sex as a career move, he reaches his limit. Guy decides to exact revenge on Buddy by kidnapping him and subjecting him to cruel and unusual punishment.

This movie is really good; Kevin Spacey was good at playing an a**hole Hollywood producer. The film has a very dark comedic undertone; its really funny...but not supposed to be LOL

What happens when a film school graduate takes a job as an assistant to a self absorbed senior vice president of keystone pictures serves coffee. Picks up his dry cleaning, and steals his ideas.you get an amazing dark-comedy before horrible bosses Kevin spacey was Buddy Ackerman. Frank Whaley plays his assistant guy who takes revenge for the way buddy treats him. Fantastic screenplay and dialogue. Listen! Shut up! And watch the movie!
