I heard the buzz around this film and was told it was a superb film. Some of the negative comments told me I would hate this film, they're wrong. 'Suing the Devil' is a stunning piece of cinema, a near flawless film that tells an important story. The cast here was excellent, Shannen Fields ('Facing the Giant's) surprised me here, and I thought she was refreshing in something totally different. This is one of the year's best films and is a phenomenal must see film. The cast is excellent, with several great performances. The plot is both dramatic and funny. Like I previously stated, I was very much surprised with the film, and it exceeded my expectations. SUING THE DEVIL is a great story about the ways we are deceived by Satan. This is a stunning film with several key performances. I enjoyed the film, and I thought it had just the right amount of comic relief to mix in with the drama.

The raw emotions of a young man dealing with betrayal, pain, and loss and learning to understand the tactics of Satan. Very good yet not that impressed for the hype it has. The film really is very well made and the plot develops beautifully. The acting is spotless and near perfect, McDowell gives an astounding performance that only him could have done with that character in this film. Cinematography was wonderful I mean Australia of all places was riveting with uneven views of daring Sydney Harbor. It's truly a great film but not the best I've seeing this year. I felt that the lead actor was not the best in the world - he tried his best, but came up short.

An enjoyable sitting. I didn't really care for this flick even though I've known about the film, but I always hear about 'Suing the Devil' in Australia and so I decided I wanted to know what is this 'Suing the Devil?'... And wow, I did not expect to enjoy it that much! It's an unusual fantasy until you contemplate and measure the existential elements, I mean it sounds all rather cool until you think about the result that there is a higher being, and that's when it is no longer a fantasy... but a nightmare. Laugh now, cry later. It's a a strange one with drama, comedy and a twist(s) of fate(s)! Not bad at all!

This movie was very unusual in its artistry. I found it to be quite enjoyable and pleasant to watch. Bart Bronson was perfect as a frustrated law student with a conflicting personal life. The power that McDowell radiates is impressive, and a little frightening. After this movie, I felt moved by the incredible emotive wave that possessed me throughout the film. It was very easy to sympathize with Luke's wife, and frankly, Luke should definitely have paid more attention to her. The special effects were intriguing, the acting wonderful, and the story provocative. This movie confirms the myth that lawyers are really demons from Hell. It also has an excellent cast. I really enjoyed this movie, it's very cool, and I highly recommend it.

I love my Christian films but this was the weirdest movie EVER! Great storyline, awesome speeches, questionable acting (I've seen better). Gives a lot to think about but could haver been done way better.
