Entertaining in a B-movie way, offering a steady stream of threatening behavior and spastic seductions to help ease an awkward Vertigo-inspired plot into place.

This is the only X rated film that didn't make any money. This fact is a shame because this movie is great. Mary Woronov is a wonderful and sexy actress(and still is). IMDB label's the film as a horror movie which I guess it sort of is. The "death on camera" ritual grabs my attention the most. The porn industry alone brings in billions of dollars due to it's ability to show the world things that they want to see. Everything from home made tapes to sex with animals. This movie dives deep into this world. Wonderful piece of celluloid.

Holy of holies, a psychological thriller about a lesbian love affair based on revenge and a desire to capture a sexploitation star's image. I mean, this was quite fascinating, a very dizzying film and a absolute delight to capture and see. The dialogue was also fitting and sort of blended well, like the images were there in tandem, difficult to cut apart. Very moody and really, one of the best ten minutes at the end ever.

Crass and weird, the script probably appealed to Woronov for that reason. This former dancer from the Velvet Underground rocks as an actress, if strange in preference for parts...

if you read LLoyds book, you'd think this was pure garbage. while slow at times, it has its moments. the dvvd bonuses are slim but hillarious. its too bad Oliver Stone has decided he's too good for even a phone interview.
