Four Japanese women dealing and coping with life as it comes each in their own different way where you are in it and at times identify yourself with the loneliness they endure... Good Film!

Beautiful and intense. There is no hand-holding as far as the plot is concerned, so be ready to give this film your full attention (which can be tough at times with some of the brutally real imagery).

A light, at times funny, look at the lives of a group of women in Japan. It could have been about 30 minutes shorter, because ultimately it didn't really say much - though it was nicely shot and had some funny moments.

For someone who has made "March Comes in Like a Lion", we could have a higher expectation for Hitoshi Yazaki. Well, it's actually GOOD enough. Unshamefully realistic on the themes of sex, love, hope and identity. At the end, everyone gets something even though it's not what one prayed for...
