Josh D plays this fantastic character so beautifully (and he's gorgeous to look at). It's a really fun movie-Never a dull moment. The cinematography is great-so is the direction. I'm not even a baseball fan, and I loved it.??????

Throughout the film, the wrong characters are in focus, inexplicable close-ups abound, and Rapkin’s got the camera on rails, moving and panning for seemingly no reason.

There seems like there could have been quite the stylish biopic in Rapkin’s version of events, but the telling is underwhelming, making this film a continuous stream of possibilities that are never opened or explored.
