William Franklin is a teacher who was born in Ireland and moved to the United States only to repatriate in 1939 after his leftist political views cause him to lose his job. Franklin becomes the first non-cleric instructor at St. Jude's, a school for wayward boys run by Brother John, who is a firm believer in strong discipline.

I cant talk about it yet...I cry even thinking about it...I wanted to bring down the Catholic Church before the movie...but after....OMG...Makes me wanna find the one that is still living in the US. I have nothing intelligent to say right now....so will come back another day to review in a mature way......pricks...lol...just had to get that out!!!

An incredible journey to 1930's Catholic Ireland in a true story of Catholic sexual and physical abuse of reform school young boys. Brings you to start all the debates on the Catholic Church and to the true corruption throughout that still exists today. A must see for all.
