I thought the movie was riveting and dramatic. Well acted. Once again Stone does a great job of informing the public of subversive acts of our government.

The movie was better than I expected. Snowden is exactly what an American should be (putting his personal life second to his morals and values). He's a global hero and I'm proud that he's an American. Anyone who can shift the direction of the entire globes politics obviously didn't say anything that didn't "need" to be said.

Excellent movie, especially how Mr. Snowden's moral/ethical challenge, and his decisions regarding that challenge, removed his private life from a typical brownnoser's comfort zone of not challenging authority. The discomfort/pain Mr. Snowden experienced was extreme because he challenged Big Brother on a grand scale. Long-time actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt deserves an Oscar win, not just a nomination. I have seen interviews with Mr. Snowden, and I surmise that Mr. Gordon-Levitt had his mannerisms and way of speaking down pat. The movie should be nominated for an Academy Award (Oscar) also.
