I so agree with Jason - visually fantastic and we do have enough of realism in other films. Keep an open mind.

One of my favorite blends of genres. It's able to handle the combination of noir/fantasy/sci-fi quite flawlessly. The effects are just perfect for this and it was clearly researched and developed. The acting is wonderful, I loved the stylized nature of it. Jude Law gave such a charming and enjoyable character that was able to play along with the audience. It has all of those elements of the 30's with this warped fantastical feel added along.

I really liked it (especially the technique) - even if many others did not.

When I saw this I wasn't quite sure what I was expecting. I loved it though.

great SFX and it captures nostalgic feel.
