This is, in my opinion, Miyazaki's best movie to date. It's an emotionally powerful, humorous, magical, beautifully made and scripted animated masterpiece. Don't listen to all the trolls posting bad reviews; watch this movie now. You won't be disappointed.

Based on book of Diane W. Jones, is one of best opus of Hayao Miyazaki. The bumpy story love of a young hatter and a sorcerer is roller coaster that never stops until the last minute. A must to see once and again.

Miyazaki's animated adaptation of Jones' book is a charming and thoroughly absorbing treat.

Visually beautiful. The witch of the waste character was both darkly compelling and good comic relief. The set up of the story is good but the payoff at the end really shortchanges the viewer.

I love the idea of witches and wizards in a story and Hayao Miyazaki has made Howl's moving castle my favourite movie ever. The storyline is great and the animation is amazing.
