Offers a few good stirring moments before it stumbles into an uninteresting cautious morality tale.

Dull western about Errol Flynn as a silver miner who build up a large mining operation only to be challenged by a cartel of other miners. You'd expect better from director Raoul Walsh and a game supporting cast that includes Ann Sheridan, but it's all a pretty uninspiring story.
