Yes the movie has its agenda, but in my opinion everything that is brought to the screen is true, as hard as it is for many to swallow. Director Rob Reiner's latest has an all-star cast that keeps the film moving along at an engrossing pace. The comparisons to All the President's Men and Spotlight are valid in the movies' set-up and execution, but is that a bad thing with those 2 films being classics? Overall, a most engaging movie utilizing spot-on film clips of the time and combining them with strong character portrayals.

What could have been an important and timely film in an era of distrust in journalism is sadly wasted. The film bombards its audience with surgically rapid scenes that feed as much information as possible with no emotional pay off.

It would be hard enough to compete in a straight drama, but when your dramatic characters seem to only really exist as a bridge between footage clips it's impossible.

Definitely one of the best political/politics movies I've seen. No idea why this got such a low rating, but maybe because nobody knew much about it. I think we need more movies like this, for the sake of history, education, and morality. It's very well produced, written, performed, etc.. I will never forget this movie, and the story itself is of epic scale, in my opinion. It also doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize what's going on, and is easily digestible.
