One of the greatest and most iconic silent comedies. Known to most people for the shot where Harold Lloyd is dangling from the minute hand of a giant clock from a huge building. The end where he climbs the building has got to be one of the most suspenceful sequences in all of cinema. What leads up to the climb is also very funny and a good showcase of how great of a physical comedian Lloyd was, but the climb is still the main attraction and what makes this film great

Lloyd's climb up the side of the skyscraper is even more hair-raising when you consider that he was missing part of one hand (disguised by a prosthetic hand) - it had been blown apart in a stunt photo session several years prior.

Not my favorite of Lloyd's, but certainly super entertainment.

Close to 100 years later, this film is still fresh and funny. The iconic clock scene lives up to the hype. It's crazy to think that special effects weren't really around at this time, so it is impressive to know that Lloyd performed most of his own stunts and had to use tricky camera angles to pull this off. Silent comedy at its best!

The climb itself is a masterful feat of physical acting and comic timing, surpassed only by the best works of Chaplin and Keaton.
