If you've already read the book, you may not like the movie quite as much, but I bet you'll enjoy seeing a faithful re-telling. And if you haven't yet read the book, the movie should whet your appetite for that beautifully told tale.

Powerfully emotional and heavily dramatic on its conception and plot, Room founds Lenny Abrahamson adapting an intense story that relays its effectiveness on chemistry between characters, heavy hearted moments and superb direction, all to condense a great-but-simple story with the benefits of Brie Larson's terrific performance, and the addition of the potential rising-star Jacob Tremblay in what turned out to be one of the best mother-son relationship in modern cinema.

A 9-year-old made me believe that he grew up in one room, and has never seen the outside world. The part when he finally does see the outside world is incredible, breathtaking, and well executed. I'm very impressed.

It transports you into a story. And you experience it both from the Child's and Mother's perspective. I was blown away. There's so much more to say but I'll stop and reflect later!
