So "meh" that a day after watching it I don't even remember anything significant happening.

An all-star cast gone to shit. This is the 2nd SyFy movie that I've seen with Danny Trejo in it. And for some reason in these B-films, he's always killed off in the first hour. You also have Mr. Reading Rainbow himself, LeVar Burton. Unfortunately, he's like really dumb in the movie. You have another actor who can't deal with the situation and her impending child from being knocked up a party regardless of the fact that her boyfriend is still alive and kills herself near the end of the film. You have this doctor who just keeps making terrible decisions and got like two of the people killed and could have also possibly saved this woman's baby. Anyway, the plot is about finding a cure. But the actor's choices throughout the film are just poor and could have allowed these people to be alive a lot longer or make it to the end of the film. Ugh, it's just really dumb and bad.

Like the other recent SyFy original film "Zombie Apocalypse", this zombie film is a mixed bag. On the positive side it's heavy on zombies, has a few good ideas and scenarios sprinkled throughout, and has a decent cast of mostly the used-to-be-famous but who also includes a zombie Danny Trejo. . On the down side it's pretty cheaply made with some very low-grade CGI, story-wise there's nothing new and the film seemed unable to decide if it was serious or camp (at least I hope some parts of the film were intended as camp). But despite the negatives, it's not a bad zombie flick and is actually better than a lot of the other zombie dreck being peddled out there (i.e. "Resident Evil").

Syfy Channel movie, need I say more??? Lots of familar faces but this is just terrible. Not much for action. Not much for story. Not much for anything but on the discontinued list. Yes. This is really that bad. The only thing that gave it a full one star: the acting wasn't bad. The D-Listers did the best with what little they had.
