I think 5 stars is a lot - but not for this movie. Great movie. I saw myself several times throughout the film in the different characters. Saw it in Ã?st for Paradis in Aarhus, Denmark

I don't know much about contemporary Norwegian cinema, but this film completely kicked my ass. This is a gorgeously shot, delicately woven story of friendship, competition, love, and struggling into your early twenties. A refreshing and truly exciting debut feature from Joachim Trier. While this one was released in Norway in 2006, it did not see a US release until earlier this year thanks to a partnership between Miramax and Netflix. Unquestionably one of the best films I've seen in 2008.

This page mixes 2 different movies: a 1997 French documentary "Reprise", by Herve Le roux; film that I love. and a Joachim Trier film that I have not watched (yet). who is in charge of the mistakes here?

i love the feeling of endless thinking and contemplating after watching a film..spiritual immersion..i'm becoming a fan of Norwegian cinema :)
