Refuge of Fear (1974)

North America, in the near future. Two married couples and a son live in a strange apartment that is actually a fallout shelter. The world has been devastated by a nuclear war, and the group waits impatiently for the radioactivity to disappear, growing more and more antagonistic towards each other in the interim.

The box art makes it look like something horror-ish, but the only scary thing is how dull and predictable it is. 5 people share a fallout shelter after a nuclear war, and slowly go crazy while waiting to get out. In the end, one person survives (though a second character simply disappears after going to the surface, which is in surprisingly good condition for having survived a nuclear war). Definitely not worth 90 minutes of your time.
