I liked Johnny's answers. carreer goals: GET OUT OF HERE what do you hope to get out of life: MORE !!!!!!!!!!!! and yes the ending with Johnny & Tracy riding out of the city while Bob Seger was singing one of my favorite songs that I still listen to "Roll me away" was awesome

This is one of my favourite films. Very underrated 80's flick. The soundtrack kicks ass and the love scene is HOT!!

Foley's feature debut treads the familiar turf of defiant teenagers, basically a compilation of contrivances and cliches lifted out The Wild One (Brando), Rebel Without Cause (James Dean), and most recently, All the Right Moves (Tom Cruise).

I loved this as a teenager! The soundtrack was great for the time too - brought my attention to INXS :D

A darkly-emotional & moving film, and a star-making turn for Aidan Quinn--an extremely gritty, and starkly realistic, yet almost poetically-sad statement on the amount of work it sometimes takes to win over the one you love; certainly not anything like the vapid romantic comedies that clogged the movie theatres of the day. Kenneth McMillan is most memorable as Quinn's disillusioned and bitter alcoholic father, & Daryl Hannah shows here that she wasn't just another pretty face. Great soundtrack by Tangerine Dream.
