Raggedy Ann and Andy, along with other toys, reside in the nursery of a little girl named Marcella. During Marcella's seventh birthday, Babette, from France, is introduced as the new doll from a large package. This is animated very well, though from up close it looks rather sloppy. The characters are appealing, but the movie goes on forever. Some of the characters are so quirky that it may scare you a little. Overall, the movie is enjoyable enough, but strictly for little ones.

Trippy movie. I watched this many times as a kid. Still think Babette the she-pirate is cool as can be, and the taffy pit is pretty scary.

It's bad, in fact the script is just terrible, but one things for sure the trippy animation, the weird scenes, and the craziness of it all make it worth a watch. P.S. if you want to see it look for it online, it's not available for the home video market.
