What do you get when a couple of 13-year-olds replay Dog Day Afternoon? The title is a clever pun on the film's inspirations (there's also a little of Reservoir Dogs rattling around the back of the picture), but it's neither a comedy ...

Raw, wild, and rough around the edges, but a mind blowing film on youth and "gun culture". VERY under publicized

Lou Lumenick 01 Jan 2000

Raw but effective reworking of Dog Day Afternoon.

Owen Gleiberman 01 Jan 2000

Ash ... is a genuine provocateur-filmmaker.

It's nice to see Mischa Barton flourish but this puppy version of a bank robbery is hardly a psycho thriller. The screaming was much, but there's Mischa!
