The music and blank-affect acting of Bob Dylan are only two of the great things about this exceptional film.

Lyrical and moving Peckinpah masterpiece. Shows his heart as much as his grit. Superb Bob dylan soundtrack, even if his perormanve lacks. Stunning visuals, like a visual poem. My fave Peckinpah film and my fave western too. see it now!

A tour-de-force film with a flawless soundtrack and boasting a galaxy of iconic stars. Perhaps not historically accurate, but a spell-binding sterling movie. Love it when Coburn curses 'you rotten son of a bitch' before getting a belly fulla lead.

Make sure you see the 1988 version. Restored to Peckinpah's vision. This is one of the greatest westerns ever made.
