Great movie on the scale of Braveheart. Need more movies like this, not the crap being dished out by Obamas, Soros and Rice, liberal luciferian, and their cabal trash.

This bothers me. 59 percent. There are a lot of nicely oiled up films depicting the medieval ages, glossy with romantic, marital scandal. And while that was a documented concern of the nobility of the time. There are fewer films that show the whole picture, the gory muddy time period, true to those impoverished and those put down. This film is shot like the Revenant and acted like an Oscar winner. Dear critics, I do not understand your score.

Amazing movie! Despite, some obvious, yet somewhat less important, historical accuracies, it portrays the importance of Scotland's fight for its kingdom, the despicable behavior of the English and the beauty of Scotland's nature. It really does make one cry during some scenes, while also helping to understand why so many in Scotland today are fighting for independance

Great movie. Highly recommend and I hope that Netflix will continue with these historical war films. Ignore the "professional" reviews -these people are out of touch.

A good movie, and being a Netflix exclusive makes it better. It follows a Scottish king who is wanted by the English for killing and wanting the crown. Thatâ(TM)s what I got from it toward the middle of the film, the beginning was actually confusing and I could not follow it. During my times of confusion I focused on the setting and characters. The cinematography was excellent and the drone shots of Scotland was breathtaking. The characters were good too, actors and actresses did a great job and I cared about their portrayal of the character. The story was solid, though I was confused at some points but there were some scenes I couldnâ(TM)t take my eyes off the screen because it was that good. Speaking of good, no, awesome, were the battles. They were huge, well-coordinated, and full of heart; the actors gave it their all to make it a realistic fight. That was easily the best part of the movie. So, I waited for this movie, and I think that this is one of the best Netflix originals ever, but for a regular movie, not as good as some but still pretty freaking enjoyable.
