wow what a brilliant movie 2 watch........i have just seen this movie 4 the 1st time n think that this is a great movie 2 watch........its got a great cast of actors/actressess throughout this movie.......i think that clive owen, laura fraser, emma booth, nicholas mcanulty, george mackay, emma fraser play good roles/parts throughout this movie......i think that the director of this drama movie had done a great job of directing this movie because you never know what 2 expect throughout this movie...........i think that clive owen is brilliant throughout this movie..........i think that this is a really powerful drama movie 2 watch with a fantastic cast throughout this movie its such a really good drama movie 2 watch its so good to watch n its a brilliant cast throughout this movie.

Growing up can be the adventure of a lifetime. - The Boys are back, including Hollywood's allround talent Clive Owen who prooves one more time that he's able to play every role in life. After a comedy ("Duplicity" - 2009) and a political thriller (Tom Tykwer's "The International" - 2009), his leading performance as well as those of his supporting "boys" are extraordinary. Director Scott Hicks ("Shine", "Snow falling on cedars") focuses the true story on three men who try to cope with the aftermath of the mother's tragic death. Nice soundtrack with many guitar and piano sounds stress the emotional atmosphere of the movie. Distributed by Miramax comes this movie which was premiered on several film festivals worldwide (e.g. Toronto International Film Festival and London Film Festival).

This is the type of film I would watch on a Sunday afternoon, tucked up on the settee with my quilt and a box of tissues at the ready - nothing stunnings happens, its more about taking you along for the emotional ride, interspersed with bouts of warm humour that make it a thoroughly enjoyable film. Clive and the two boys are wonderfully caste in their roles which relay on their ability to convey emotions with the minimal use of words. More of a chick flick I would think,
