In my opinion Marilyn Monroe was the picturesque goddess of her time beautiful, glamerous, and talented Women wanted to be her Men wanted to sleep with her she could walk into a room and the place would light up But Michelle William's portrayal of Marilyn was so uncanny and spot on it was like looking in a mirror i just fell in love with the story and the film Overall i quite enjoyed the film and thought that this film was an interesting film piece drama, love story kudos to the cast and director the film itself forever preserves the memory of Marilyn Monroe though her story is timeless

Michelle Williams makes an excellent Marilyn, not many can truly pull it off, with all the vulnerability and extrovert behaviour wonderfully displayed. I enjoyed this so much I had to see it again immediately. Although not for everyone, but a must see for any Marilyn fans

It's a very wonderful "love" story between two people, and you also get to see that there were personal problems with Marilyn when she wasn't making the movies. I think that they really did love each other, but I think that they both knew that who she was, was way bigger than anything that they could handle. I think that she just wanted someone outside of her group to hear what she had to say more than anything.

I loved this film, because it showed the real woman behind the icon. And it showed what Marilyn Monroe really endured everyday of her life. Michelle Williams gives a breathtaking performance. And deserved the Best Actress Oscar along with: Meryl Streep, Rooney Mara, and Viola Davis. And also Eddie Redmayne and Kenneth Branagh gave Blowout performances. I loved this film, great cast great direction. Another new classic from the Weinstein Company. 5 Stars+

Williams is simply superb as the talented but troubled Monroe.
