This is more of a social discourse/fictional 'documentary' rather than a plot/character-driven narrative, and the synopsis posted implies elements of suspense, of which there is none. The good news is that the social discourse is interesting, and some of the characters as well; enough so to keep you in your seat for 90 min.

The offsides rule in soccer essentially limits how far players can advance. How far can a people advance when women aren't allowed to cheer for their country and team?

great foreign film. it's somewhat dry, but interesting to see how Iranian women are regarded. I very much enjoyed.
