Wonderfull way of showing how irational and stupid is to prohibit to a society on livivng a normal life and how little things can bring us together...

It's a very frank film about the daily frustrations for women who just want to enjoy their lives. It's a comedy, but of a fairly bitter sort.

A very satisfying experience as far as movies go. Themes of politics, fairness, gender rights, honor, class differences, and the things in life that can unite us all make for a memorable movie.

Fantastic use of humor to address a serious subject of the denial of women's rights. Jafar is a brilliant director...not to mention the bravery it took to complete this film with all the existing restrictions. The actors are truly pure and captivating, which is rare these days. Farsi is a beautiful sounding language. If you like futbol, you'll love this film. The street scenes really took me there, and the natural footage of celebratory civilians was great! I would like to see more Iranian films like this in the future.

An excellent film. Should be seen by those who think Iranians are all dogmatic and unreasonable. Great show of humanity and humor (as well as adaptation). reminiscnet of Italian films of the post WWII period (neorealismo)
