I APSOLUTLY LOVE THIS MOVIE! It has that perfect taste of a man proud of his spot in life, over comes all odds, and really makes a comeback.

Incredible, extraordinarily underrated movie. Critics and moviegoers were too quick to dismiss itï»¿ because it wasn't a laugh-a-minute comedy (which, admittedly, was what they were promised by the TV ads). But this film, aside from being funny, took serious chances and went very, very dark. In a good way. It may not be a good comedy but as a film it's good.

Embarrassing and difficult to watch, Observe and Report is rarely funny, and is rescued only by decent performances through a wafer thin plot.

This movie is not funny. It's quite disturbing. And it's really really good.

Funny buy not as funny as Paul Blart: Mall Cop. The story lines between the two films are very similar. Imagine Seth Rogan's character as an unstable, proned to aggressive outburts version of Paul Blart. If you liked Mall Cop then give this a watch.
