I strongly suggest this movie, it kind of has that Ratchet and Clank vibe that the reboot couldn't do. The only thing I think the movie needs improvement on is it's plot/ story telling, it has a plot that isn't to focused on one thing causing it to have a little problems. The other thing is character development, don't get me wrong the characters are great and the is a good type of character development but it could have been made better for example instead of them do stuff that they both enjoy, how about they add an adventure where the characters bond with each other over the course, but I can't argue I'd rather watch a 1 hour long movie that knows what it's doing rather than a 5 hour movie that just really doesn't give a crap. They also nailed the setting, my god, this reminds of some type of cyberpunk mixed in with some of modernday life. All in all the movie should be loved for the things that they represent and for what they did

FANTASTIC!!! This movie is amazing and throws back perfectly to Iron Giant! It's a perfect balance of Action/Comedy blended with real emotion/growing pains. I only wish it was more than just a Netflix movie so I could own it on DVD and BluRay and keep watching it forever!

Disney did it better with Big Hero 6 and kept it good enough for younger kids. There not being a rating is another downfall. Not knowing if my daughter should watch it or not. The little dog and its constant bleeped out cussing is too much. Just could be better, especially from Netflix.

The PG rating is pushed so it may not be for small children but overall I enjoyed it

The 3D animation is excellent. But having a Next Gen robot which has all the latest bad-ass weapons, but only temporary memory - and cannot upload/download existing memory to a private cloud or store its "thoughts " to permanent memory aka hard drives threw me off. I mean, how can it learn from its experiences if it only has temporary memory? I guess it's not a next gen robot in that case. I still finished the movie though.
