Just saw the version with Benedict Cumberbatch as the creature. I'm convinced Cumberbatch could pretty much play any role ever and do it better than anyone else. Everything he does he brings something extra to the roles. Amazing performance. The filming was done very well also, almost like watching it on stage. Can't wait to see the alternate version in a couple days.

I saw the performance with Benedict Cumberbatch playing the monster. Had I have been in the theatre, I would've given a standing ovation.

I had watched both versions where Cumberbatch and Miller switch the roles of e Creature and Dr. Frankenstein and both are breathtaking. Danny Boyle yet again shows his mastery of visual splendour with this stage version of Frankenstein.
