I knew before that I liked this movie, I now realize I love it. Any story based so much on everyday life laced with an intricacy of characters always arouses a certain level of emotion in me. Mr. Minghella brings his magic touch to the screen here, as he so often did.

An enjoyable romantic comedy, one that won't have the dragged along boyfriend running for the hills. It doesn't loose itself in fantasy land, remaining grounded and realistic.

This was a sleeper that I loved. I just loved it. It's romantic, it has something guys can understand and girls. It moves, it touches, and it reaffirms your sense, not only of love, but of how things can work out even when they've gotten confusing or unpleasant.
