Documentary of Eric Bana's long-running passion for his Ford Falcon. Good insight into a man and his car. Clarkson types gathering here!

Maybe it was just the Explosions in the Sky tugging at my heartstrings, but this is a really well put-together analysis of the weird bonding between a man and his car, that has grounded, reasonable insight from... Dr. Phil? Wow. Not necessarily a car movie, even. But as an analysis of passion for a hobby (it's almost an insult to call it a hobby) this is very level-headed and convincing.

'non-car people' will find themselves forced into the position of disengaged anthropologist, observing all the vehicular bump and grind without gaining any real insight or emotional connection from the experience.

A well rounded documentary exploring the emotional, spiritual, and physical bond between Aussie actor Eric Bana (along with his childhood friends), and a 1974 Ford Falcon. It was insightful on the thrills of the sport of Rally Racing, while showing detailed accounts of the danger that is often involved. Jay Leno shares his own prospective with his love for cars, while the viewer gets a physiological evaluation from Dr. Phil on the topic. Worth checking out on DVD whether you're a car person or not!
