The inspiration for Northern Exposure? This movie has such an amazing feeling of calmness and should be used as a psychological evaluation tool because anyone who cant get into this movie must be in poor psychological condition. Test yourself and find out. Quietly awesome.

I drove all the way from Portsmouth to visit all the places in this film! Walked along the beach, and was the only person there for miles around! First footprints in the sand for the whole day. A beautiful film with the right sentiments! :-)
