Amazing in every sense, dramatic and technical. It easily deserved to beat Argo as Best Picture of the year.

I am excited to see this film, I'm especially curious about Day-Lewis' decision to embrace what history has always told us about Lincoln's voice. It wasn't a deep, booming baritone, but rather a high, reedy tenor. I'm expecting a great realistic portrayal and film making on par with Spielberg's greatest films.

A finely tuned, brilliantly executed historical drama and a grand approach to the story of Lincoln's final days before the end of the war. The acting is all around excellent, and Daniel Day Lewis's performance was more than deserving of an academy award, and the character was presented in a way that the pure, intelligent, seemingly invulnerable Abraham Lincoln was also a human. Lincoln is simply amazing.
