this was really dumb. the first one was good so i was expecting something at least remotely okay...but it was just stupid.

The first one was much better. The acting in this is horrible and it the croc is so fake!

Exactly what you'd expect. The Crocodiles are so much less realistic than the first one though, even though the first was done 8 years earlier.

No, no, no, no, noooo!!! Cannot compare to the first, not even remotely. At least with the first crocodile, it looked realistic. This has blatant blue screen and more CG. I watched it because it had John Schneider, but even he couldn't save this film.

Well, this film killed some time if nothing else! There was nothing scary, or humerous about this film, and it was so predictable in terms of who was going to survive. I thought with this being released only 3 years ago, they might have made better effects than what was in the original.........but clearly not. Just like with the anaconda series, these films appear to get worse with time. The acting was awful, and seemed very heavily dubbed, and there were lots of meaningless characters created, just to be thrown to the slaughter in what were very poorly filmed scenes. At one point, there was a shot where the croc supposedly chowed down on the body as blood oozed from the corpse, but you could clearly see from the poor camera angles that the croc was munching on thin air.
