I'll Do Anything (1994)

Matt Hobbs is a talented but unsuccessful actor. When estranged (and strange) ex-wife Beth dumps their daughter Jeannie on Matt, father and daughter have a lot of adjusting to do. His budding relationship with attractive production assistant Cathy Breslow is made complicated, while the precocious child is overly accustomed to getting her own way. Matt eventually faces the choice of family vs career in a particularly difficult way.

a great story of an actor who keeps his integrity amongst a corrupt bussiness world of film making that only revolves around profit and a cute back story of a father re-uniting with his spoiled daughter. 90's galore, great bits making fun of the movie industry, a terrific film. the feel good story of 1994. Nick Nolte is my new favorite actor.

At first I found this light hearted comedy to be fun and cheerful, then I realized how horrible this little girl really is, and how one demential the whole cast was. There is nothing really fun about this movie, of course it does have its moments where you get a little teary eyed and say awww, but those moments are then quickly overshadowed by the screaming of this little girl, or the odd side story with the secretary and Hobbs. Overall uninteresting rather annoying and a waste of time; I'll do anything to not watch this again.

I watched this movie because it said it was from 2008. But that was a lie, it's really 1994. Showtime lied to me. This movie was pretty good though, little girl was so cute.

When you make a musical and then decide to cut all of the songs, well it just doesn't work very well.
